Data covered
Allergies, dietary preferences, and inferences made from those choices may be treated as consumer health data under some state laws. Stockup Run collects these fields only when an adult voluntarily adds them to a personal or managed profile.
Why it is used
This information is used to filter product candidates and avoid suggestions that conflict with declared needs. Filtering occurs locally in Stockup Run before candidate names are sent for AI ranking. Allergy or dietary profile data is not used for advertising, sold, or included in community recommendation aggregation.
Who receives it
People in the same household can see profile preferences. Supabase stores the data on Stockup Run’s behalf. Stockup Run does not intentionally send profile names, allergies, or dietary preferences to the AI model provider for item interpretation.
Your rights
You can correct or delete a managed profile in the app, remove preference fields, export household data, or request deletion through the private support form. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
Important limitation
Stockup Run is a shopping assistant, not a medical service. Product data and AI output may be incomplete. Always read current packaging and use independent judgment for allergy or medical decisions.
