Eligibility and beta status
You must be at least 18 and use an invited Google account. Stockup Run is a beta service: features may change, availability is not guaranteed, and you should keep independent records for anything important.
Your account and households
You are responsible for your account activity and the people you invite. Household owners control roles and deletion. At least one owner must remain while a shared household exists. Only create managed profiles when you have authority to manage that person’s shopping preferences.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe another household’s data, upload unlawful or malicious content, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use Stockup Run to violate law or another party’s rights.
Receipts and recommendations
You choose whether to upload receipts and must review extracted lines before confirmation. Suggestions and price history may be inaccurate and do not promise inventory, pricing, nutrition, or availability. Live Costco inventory and account access are not provided.
Ownership
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Stockup Run the limited right to process it to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the privacy policies. The Stockup Run software, design, and branding remain ours.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Stockup Run is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, missed purchases, product reactions, pricing errors, or loss caused by relying on a suggestion.
Termination and governing law
You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend abusive or risky use. These terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
